The Basketball Courts will be closed as needed every Tuesday to Thursday from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM for Official Fitness Assessments.

Fitness Assessment Cell (FAC)
Testing:
PTL training is conducted on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month at 1100.
Please be advised that Fitness Assessment Cell will not be utilized for diagnostic testing during official testing hours.

Who is allowed to use the Fitness Centers?
The Fitness Centers are open to all categories of the military, DoD Civilians, dependents, and contractors.
What equipment do the Fitness Centers have?
The Freedom One Fitness Center is equipped with cardiovascular equipment, full-range strength equipment, pin select machines, free weights, a basketball and volleyball court, and more!
Is there an area for Parents & Children?
Yes, we have a Parent & Child Area (PCA) for children 6 and under.
Are there locker rooms in all Fitness Centers?
Men’s and women’s locker rooms are available. The locker rooms are equipped with a dry sauna, showers, and day-use lockers.
Is there a dress code in the Fitness Center?
Yes, proper athletic attire is required. The Fitness Center staff on duty is authorized to make the final determination regarding acceptability of clothing and proper foot attire.
Appropriate Attire
- Tank tops and sleeveless shirts must cover entire torso (chest, back, midriff, sides) and be designed as outerwear
- Vibram five finger shoes
Inappropriate Attire
- Exposed midriff, chest, back
- Clothing designed to be worn as an undergarment
- Cleats and open-toed shoes are prohibited
- No mask of any type
- Excessively short shorts
How do I get Unmanned Access?

- Register at the Fitness Center
- Read and sign the Unmanned Access Statement of Understanding
- Take a tour of the facility.
- Complete an equipment orientation (if needed)
***PLEASE note Unmanned Fitness hours are posted under Hours of Operation on this page. Customers will not be able to access the Fitness Center during these hours until they have registered.
