Youth Center Summer Grilling Camp

Youth will learn how to safely prepare and cook food on an outdoor grill. Topics include food safety and sanitation, preparing meats and vegetables for grilling, using charcoal and gas for grilling, seasoning food for grilling, proper temperatures for grilling, proper grilling tools and supplies, tips for using personal creativity while grilling.

– Sign up at the Youth Center no later than the Wednesday before each youth camp. Space is limited. First come, first served.
