Cardio Indoor Triathlon

Run. Row. Bike. Competitors will run for 15 minutes on a treadmill, row 10 minutes on a Rower, and cycle for 30 minutes on a bike. The overall winner will be the individual with the farthest distance covered in 45 minutes.
